Yes. Kugamon is a native Salesforce application installed directly in your org. Many community conference organizers already have a Salesforce org for their event. If you don't have one yet, Salesforce offers discounted or free licenses for nonprofit and community use cases.
The complete Kugamon Quote-to-Cash platform: CPQ / Quote Builder, Order Management with e-sign, Invoice Generation, and Payment Collection through Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.net. This is the same product used by commercial Salesforce customers — not a limited "community edition." In addition to the complimentary subscription license, implementation assistance, which includes installation, training, and initial setup, and on-going product support is included.

When a potential sponsor reaches out, create a Quote with one or more scenarios, send it for review, convert to an Order for e-sign, and then generate an invoice with a payment link.
